Samsung and LG TVs do not run every player app, so the setup is a little different. The app shows a code on screen, and our team helps you link your login to it.

Open the TV app store
On Samsung use the Apps button, on LG open the LG Content Store. Search for IBO Player.
Open the player
Start the app. It shows a MAC address and a device key on screen.
Send us that screen
Take a photo of the screen with your phone and send it to us on WhatsApp, with the email you used for your trial or order.
We link your login
Our team adds your LemonRealm login to the app for you. Restart the app when we tell you it is done.
Start watching
Your categories and the TV guide appear. Use the remote to move between them.
Some TV player apps charge their own small activation fee after their own trial. That fee goes to the app maker, not to LemonRealm.
Older TVs (before 2018) can be slow. A Fire TV Stick often gives a smoother picture.
